Our mission at Quest Center for Integrative Health (Quest) is to provide integrative healthcare services, education and inclusive community support to people seeking a wellness-focused approach to fully living.
Bottom Line for Portland
Quest Center for Integrative Health is a non-profit health center in Portland, OR offering unique integrated health programs in HIV Services, Non-Opiate based Chronic Pain Management, Substance Use Treatment, Mental Health Therapy, holistic Medical Services, and more. Quest Center prioritizes low-income and uninsured LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC individuals in need of culturally responsive and trauma informed care. We believe people thrive when their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs are effectively met.
Quote
“When I started [WISH, pain management program], I was hopeless and desperate. Pain management was only the start of what has changed in my life. Quest is a truly MAGICAL place. I have gone from thinking there was nothing to live for to BRING IT ON.”
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Quest continually seeks out Diversity, Equity, Inclusion training opportunities to advance our cultural fluency in every aspect of our work. This allows staff to effectively serve our diverse community members and address their individual needs, especially for marginalized individuals from the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities who have had negative experiences with the healthcare system. We continually work on establishing meaningful collaborations with community partners that are in alignment with DEI values, such as our partnerships as part of the Behavioral Health Resource network (BHRN), Indigeninity. These partnerships are intended to build capacity within the communities we serve to identify and eliminate health disparities related to chronic disease, with a focus on social determinants of health
