Mission

We envision communities where every person affected by substance use disorder has access to the support needed to emerge from this disease. Where healthcare systems become advocates for hope. Where stigma ceases to exist.

Bottom Line for Portland

Fora Health provides a complete continuum of care to meet each person's unique needs and we are the only facility in Oregon that offers medically monitored residential treatment to serve those with severe conditions. With effective treatment, we see individuals reclaiming their lives, rebuilding relationships with loved ones and breaking the cycle of addiction by becoming role models in our community. This year, the first $5,000 raised will go toward our 5th Annual Toy Drive, which creates opportunities for positive family engagements for patients during the holidays.

We serve primarily low-income patients throughout Oregon, with the majority of our patients from Multnomah and Washington counties. Go the Distance (GTD) is a nonprofit that partners with local rehabilitation centers to bolster recovery through fitness and is supporting us through social media and marketing. 

Alano Club of Portland provides a welcoming, compassionate and accessible recovery support environment for individuals and families recovering from substance use and is supporting us through social media and marketing. 

Glendoveer Golf & Tennis is a golf facility with 36 holes & a driving range, plus 4 indoor tennis courts & seasonal footgolf that is providing us a coupon for a free round of twosome golf for one of our Give!Guide donors.

Grand Central Bakery is an American bakery chain with locations in Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington that is supporting us with gift cards for our Give!Guide donors.

The Hollywood Theater is a historic movie theater in northeast Portland owned by a non-profit organization that is supporting us with movie tickets and popcorn for our Give!Guide donors.
